Online orders automatically arrive into the sales order system, with no further operator intervention, and are passed directly to the warehouse for picking.

All of the very extensive Profitmaster pricing, discounting, and promotional functionality applies equally on the website, and associated products or alternative products are available too.

As well as orders and quotes, customers can check their account details via the website.

The Profitmaster weborder software has also been adapted to work on a touchscreen basis for Ipad users.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is often demanded by large organisations who want to send purchase orders electronically, and receive their invoices back in the same way.

XML orders can also be accepted.
